Do I need to know how to code, or have a technical background?
No. You can start without any technical knowledge. More than 300 professionals from over 20 sectors have trained with us, from workshops and signage to recycling, communications and telecoms, and most had never built anything before. We teach you to build your own solutions with tools that need no code.
Does this work for my sector?
Yes. We have trained teams at Novartis and Andorra Telecom and family businesses of twenty people, across more than 20 sectors. We work on processes every company has: quoting, designing, serving customers, writing and deciding. A recycling yard and a consultancy automate different things with the same judgement.
What do I come away with?
Solutions running in your company. Three cases from our participants: Reciclauto saved four hours of work a week, RotulDecor went from two hours to five minutes per design and Projecting built its own CRM from scratch. Each of them built it during the training.
We already use ChatGPT at work. Is there anything in this for us?
Almost always. With ChatGPT, each person writes better emails. With AI running in the company, a whole process gets done on its own, with the same quality, whoever is in. We work on that second step, and that is where the savings show on the bottom line.
How much does it cost?
We quote company training to fit and agree it on the call, with the scope in writing. Keep another figure in mind: a bad AI decision in a small or mid-sized company costs between €5,000 and €200,000, whether it is a tool that doesn’t fit, a build that never reaches production or a lost year. The training is there to save you that cost.

Executive Lab was born at Spicy4Tuna, the podcast and holding company of Euge Oller, Marc Urgell, Álvaro González de Buitrago (Alvaro845) and Guillermo Díaz (Willyrex). The classes are taught by Eric Risco, Google Developer Expert in AI and head of AI strategy at Andorra Telecom; Carlos del Corral, with more than 700 commercial AI projects delivered; and José Sanchis, systems analyst and author of «Bitcoin con Rigor». Nacho Mena runs operations and the learning experience.
